Counseling Center

Relationship problems, family problems, stress, anxiety, loneliness or depression occur in the lives of most people at one time or another. People seek counseling when they find their usual ways of managing problems are not working, or when they find themselves confronted with new or complicated situations.

Meeting individually with a counselor provides an opportunity to understand and respond to feelings, behaviors and situations that are causing distress, to help make decisions and to arrive at solutions.

Temple Beth Hillel offers a community counseling center to individuals and couples as well as counseling for minor age children in a confidential setting.

We are a non-profit, low fee mental health services open to all members of the community regardless of religion. Fees are based on a sliding scale.
