How To Apply
Six Simple Steps
- Step 1 - Make an appointment to tour the school with Evelyn Drapkin, Admissions Director, (818) 763-9148 ext.144.
- Step 2 - Complete the application and Parent Essay and send them with the $75 application fee to the Admissions Office. Applications are due to BHDS by January 27th. We will accept applications after this deadline on a space-available basis.
- Step 3 - Submit Parent Authorization to your child’s current school and ask them to forward applicable information directly to BHDS by January 27th.
- Step 4 - Concurrent with Step 3, have all recommendation forms (Teacher Recommendation Form, Administrator Recommendation Form) sent directly from your child’s school to the BHDS Admissions Office by January 27th.
- Step 5 – Call Evelyn Drapkin to schedule an informal assessment for your child.
- Step 6 - Decision letters are sent on March 23rd.
